Eh. Invisible.
I have light-medium skin, and this eyeliner is invisible when used as eyeliner. It is sparkly with a sheer base when used all over the eyelid. If I'm going to use this as an eyeshadow, I'd rather just use Moondust Space Cowboy, which is sparklier.
Should have read the reviews first
I had very high hopes for this, but it absolutely did nothing as an eyeliner. Crumbly, flaky mess. I tried it as an eye crayon and it at least looked cute when applied all over the eyelid. That was about the only way to get the pigment to be noticeable.
Poor quality
I looked forward to using this eyeliner, but it doesn't look pretty on the lids- it smudges over my eye primer and concealer and ruins my eyeshadow look. Maybe I'll try to use it on bare lids and get a better result.
Decent New Shade
Purchased the new Space Cowboy eye pencil. On my fair to medium skin, it's visible but would look best as a highlighter in the corners of my eyes instead of along the lash line.
I wish I liked this
I don't notice any difference in formula from urban decays regular eyeliners, which is great! however this shade just didn't work for me personally. on the waterline and upper lid it just isn't noticeable as a liner. it is quite nice blended out with a brush on the lid, however.
